Our residential staff members have many years of experience working with the mental health and ID/DD population. They are familiar with not only the Northern VA but also the Prince William County community.
Our QIDP has over 6 years of experience working with the population; our Residential Manager, plus 30 years of experience, and all other DSPs equally have over 5 years each of experience providing person-centered services to ID/DD population. They have all received the required training, including TOVA, with clean background checks.

- We conduct annual background checks on all local caregivers.
- We provide at least 12 hours of employee training annually.
- We perform in-person quality assurance visits at least every 90 days.
- We conduct satisfactory surveys to monitor the level of care provided.
